Meet The Team
As a midwife, mother, and gardener, Liz loves the quiet process of watching things grow.
Liz serves as the president of the Utah Midwives Organization and the founder of Two Leaves Midwifery. She teaches workshops for the Midwives College of Utah and facilitates annual statewide midwifery conferences. She is certified by the North American Registry of Midwives and licensed as a Direct-Entry Midwife by the State of Utah. She is a registered NARM preceptor.
Holistic, preventative care is the foundation of her philosophy and she likes to provide families with a variety of resources to suit their individual needs.
Professional, deeply passionate and full of fun, Sarah Millington brings the wisdom and experience gained from her own 9 pregnancies and 8 births into the care she provides her clients. Though consumed by all things baby related since childhood, her birth studies began in 1998 when a complication with an epidural during the delivery of her firstborn inspired her to learn more about childbirth. Heeding the call to midwifery in early 2017, she has recently completed the clinical requirements for the North American Registry of Midwives and has served well over 100 women during their birth experiences. Sarah loves the arts, reading, homeschooling, and gardening, but mostly she loves people. Her intention is to help every person recognize the wonder, beauty, and power within themselves and finds midwifery to be the perfect garden in which to grow that kind of love.
